From Bob's Basement
Welcome to the site of Bob's Basement.
Bobs Basement is a collective of major geeks (with social skills), who are interested in all aspects of technology. The group was initially formed as a projects group from London 2600 members, and has expanded to people from further afield.
The sole purpose of our projects is to learn.
If you are interested in joining the group, one of our active projects or starting your own, drop us a line via the mailing list, or join our IRC channel (irc.hackervoice.co.uk #bobsbasement).

- We've just heard that the outage was caused by the failure of a rather expensive piece of Foundry hardware. We have also been warned of some intermittent failures today.

- We have been experiencing DNS problems. We believe that things are sorted now but there may be some issues while things settle down.
- Oops! Just as we got our DNS back online we suffered a major hosting outage. We're still waiting to hear what happened but as soon as we do we'll let you know. They say everything happens in threes, so we'll be manning the watch towers today! Bob's Basement would like to appologise to everyone for the inconvience caused over the last couple of days.<
