racelrel We have been running since Febrary 2006 if I remember correctly. Out of a small office in Putney south west London. This gives us InterWeb connection, coffee maker, microwave, toilet and all the other nicities.

Bob Plonker started this group after wanting more out of London 2600. More than just a social/networking meet, a projects meet. Where members could discuss personal projects in an open, quiet and relaxed forum, get help and come up with new solutions. Or work on group projects at the meetings.

Where does the name come from? Zap kept suggesting that this was a UK L0pht, no matter how much Bob Plonker protested otherwise. The original plan was to do a lot of work in the basement, the name came about at one 2600 meeting and just stuck.
