1. Technical Feasibility:

(a) Does Bobs Basement possess the technical skills to successfully complete this project. If not, can we successfully complete a subset of the proposed project. If so, suggest an alternative to the project proposal author.

2. Is The Project Proposal Complete:

(a) Has the project proposal author submitted a complete form.

(b) Is the project too immature, does it require more thought from the author.

(c) Is the project broken down into achievable goals?

3. Cost:

(a) Can Bobs Basement afford this project? If not, can we afford a subset of the proposed project. If so, suggest an alternative to the project proposal author.

(b) Or is there a cheaper way of doing it, ref to Technical Feasibility. Ideally this should be done by the proposal author and not the project committee.

(c) A project proposal can be defered pending sufficent project finances.

4. Interest Level:

(a) Does the project committee believe our members will be sufficiently interested in this project to work on it through to completion.

5. Suitability:

(a) Is this project legal?

(b) Is this project relevant to Bobs Basement?
