Item 1: It was recommended by Bob Plonker that we sit the radio exam after Chaos Computer Camp as many of us will be busy with projects for that event. Three months from now was suggested. The idea by Bob Plonker for a revision weekend on the exam of the weekend went down well, Napster suggested possibly more than one weekend.
Item 2: Bob Plonker suggested 'mini Bobs Basement meets', to try and stir up some project activity. This was received well, Blue Chimp pointed out that the next Canterbury meet was effectively that already.
Item 3: Annual and possibly quarterly goals for the group not discussed.
Item 4: Bobs Basement logo, not discussed. Bob Plonker has created a couple of images and E-mailed them to BOfH.
Item 5: Automated text messaging service, not discussed. Bob Plonker is continuing to look into.
Review of current projects:
Camper van, no update available as Pa pa Lazarus wasn't present.
Blue Chimp reports he is still pricing components and performing a feasibility study for the Remote Dish.
Bob Plonker reports, Napster, Funsox and himself are meeting on Saturday 30th June 2007 to discuss the Windows Utility Package.
