Intro
When asked what he was doing for bobs basement, Shish responded with "sniffles"
So we decided to try and work out what Sniffles actually is.
This turned out to be:

- 1 x thin inspection hatch (IH)
- 2 x thin-thin joiner (TT)
- 2 x thin-wide adapter (TW)
- 1 x short wide pipe (SW)
- 1 x long thin pipe (LT)

- 1 x Spark plug (From halford's, 2 for £5)
- 1 x 10,000mf capacitor (From pott's(?), £1.60)
- 1 x Flyback transformer (From an old CRT TV)
