Welcome to my space on the web, all about me. Who I am, what I am up to, what I am learning, that sort of thing.

The one part I plan to update often is my diary. The rest as usual in the world of the web will be updated daily, or not. As in, not on this Earth, if you decided to give me the Earth as a reward.

I also have a tip bits page which will be updated often. Lots of micro how to's.

Update: Friday 14th September 2007, in a nutshell, I'm back. I was out of the group for about 6 weeks due to life getting in the way. I've been firing off a lot of posts on the mailing list. Giving it a few much needed threads. I haven't quite worked out the amount of time I am going to be able to commit in the future.

Friday 13th July 2007, change of priorities (certifications/job hunting) will result in me having less time for Bobs Basement over the next quarter. I will still continue the work on the following projects:

Windows Utility Package (working title)

AP Battery Powerpack (just needs writing up and a rebuild)

Roaming FTP (just needs a free weekend to redo all the setting, fill it with content and checksum everything.)

Paintball Gun Printer has been postponed and is now a future project.

Windows System Check Utility is largely being included in the Windows Utility Package (working title) project, the 'system check utility will need its scope redefining at some point methinks. Again a future project.
